Focus & Scope: IN RIGHT: Jurnal Agama dan Hak Azazi Manusia is an open access peer-reviewed journal which aims to offer a national academic platform for religious studies an human rights. It includes research, both normative-doctrinal and empirical articles.

JISKA (Jurnal Informatika Sunan Kalijaga), abbreviated as JISKa, has been published by the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, since May 2016.

Jurnal Psikologi Integratif is a scientific journal and intended to the national and international scholarly community. It is dedicated to the advancement of integrative knowledge in psychological research and studies.

Jurnal Sosiologi Reflektif (JSR) focuses on disseminating research on social and religious issues within Muslim society, particularly those related to strengthening civil society across various dimensions.

Musãwa Journal of Gender and Islamic Studies was first published in March 2002 by PSW (Pusat Studi Wanita) Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta under contribution with the Royal Danish Embassy Jakarta. In 2008, published twice a year in collaboration with TAF (The Asia Foundation), namely January and July.

The journal "Staatsrecht: Jurnal Hukum Kenegaraan dan Politik Islam" is a scientific journal published twice a year by the Constitutional Law Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.

Sunan Kalijaga International Journal on Islamic Educational Research (SKIJIER) is a biannual, peer reviewed, open access journal published by the Graduate Program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
